Bring the coupon to your first sales office visit. Print the Cash Back Coupon and bring it to the builder's sales office on your FIRST visit. This will identify you as an Home Builder Rebates Realty registered user and inform the builder that you learned about their homes from Home Builder Rebates Realty. Have the builder's representative sign and date the coupon. Keep a copy of the signed coupon for your records.*

Sign a sales contract and fax documents to Home Builder Rebates Realty to claim your rebate. You've visited the builder communities you like, presented your coupon at each and found the home of your dreams. To claim your rebate**, fax a copy of both the signed coupon and signed sales contract to Home Builder Rebates Realty Inc. at 1-863-904-0264.

Close on your new home. Close on the home for which you presented the Cash Back Coupon. Your rebate check from Home Builder Rebates Realty, Inc. will be mailed to you within 10 to 15 business days after closing.
